- First confrontation. The Sentinels launch a counterattack. They make some progress but are pushed back, suffer significant losses, and lose their base of operations.
- Midpoint reversal. The Remnants infiltrate 6h05t.net, causing worldwide havoc. Alex discovers a potential weak spot in the Remnants’ defenses and learns Zoe may be used as bait.
- Personal despair. Alex glimpses Zoe in captivity, looking defeated yet defiant. His helplessness and guilt intensify his determination.
- Betrayal. Sam, Alex’s closest ally, is revealed as a Remnant spy. The betrayal devastates the group and creates a crisis of trust.
- Lowest point. The Sentinels are fractured and feel defeated. Alex carries the weight of the group’s situation as the Remnants near their goal; the team retreats to regroup.
